Our dwelling renovation and addition project on the South Circular Road in Limerick completes. The new addition provides a successful transition from the entry level to the garden.

Michael presented a paper on the research on Irish Estates in Limerick at the annual AIARG Conference at the WIT in Waterford entitled 'Irish Estates : A Study to Inform Practice'

An Bord Pleanala has granted Planning Permission for our proposed renovation and extension of the former Dental Hospital on John Redmond St. in Cork to provide 11 apartments.

Michael gave a presentation on the research on Sarsfield House in Limerick at the annual AIARG Conference at the CCAE in Cork entitled 'Adapted City : A Future for Sarsfield House'

Further to our Commendation in the Emerging Practice Category of the Irish Architecture Awards 2015 we were included in the Irish Architecture Annual Review publication.

Michael gave a joint lecture with Hugh Maguire of the Hunt Museum entitled 'Curating the City' as part of SAUL's (School of Architecture UL) Autumn 2015 Lecture series on Future's Past.

Michael was invited to talk as part of the Limerick's Built Heritage lecture series at the Woodlands Hotel, Adare tomorrow evening at 8pm. The lecture title is 'Contemporary Design and its contribution to Irish Domestic architecture'.

Following our shortlisting in the Irish Architecture Awards 2015 Emerging Practice category we were invited to speak at the RIAI Conference on Monday 5th October along with the other shortlisted practices PG Architects, Strand Architects and the winner of the category John McLaughlin Architects.

We were Commended in the House and Emerging Practice categories at the Irish Architecture Awards 2015.

CK House reached practical completion in early 2015 and the clients moved in. Landscaping and ground works to be ongoing.

Michael presented a paper entitled 'Adapting the City' at the 3rd annual AIARG Conference at the University of Ulster in Belfast.

The apartment remodelling and refurbishment project at Britten St. off the Kings Road completed and was prepared for sale.

Our project 'Twisted' is featured in Describing Architecture 2013 in an exhibit entitled 'Postcards from a Project'. The exhibition is in City Assembly House, South William St., Dublin from 4-12 October.

Semi- D'Attached, Ashbourne Park will be opening its doors as participant in the Open House Limerick weekend on Sunday 20th October.

Our project Doubling Up commenced on site in early September. The project involves the extension and remodelling of an existing cottage in Croagh Co. Limerick.

Michael presented a paper at the AIARG Annual Conference in Limerick with the title 'Brick : A Tale of Two Cities' about the parallels in the development of Limerick and London in the Georgian era.

Michael O'Connor gave a presentation at the LOVE PROPERTY N1 event 'How To Make an Investment Property Work Harder For Your Money'. A number of case studies illustrated how to make the most of an investment property through carrying out clever architectural changes.

Michael presented his paper on the 'Recycling of Spaces and Structures' at the AIARG 'Untitled' Conference at the DIT School of Architecture, Bolton St.
